📌 Enthusiasm for Camera Applications & Use-Cases is what drives most iPhone Upgrade Cycles. So why then did Apple neglect the third-party Burst Photo Camera App category ? ... If you know Our Story, you'll know the answer to that question. On a Side Note, for each of us here at Cosmosent Labs, Inc., our CCW is a G34. And naturally, for each of us, with upgraded parts (i.e., sights, triggers, & guide rods). 1.) When the MVC Master is an iPad, it is expected that the iPad's Back Wide Camera will participate in the MVC session. And as such, ONLY three MVC slaves are supported for this Use-Case. 2.) When the MVC Master is a Mac, up-to four Slaves can participate in the MVC session. -----
News Update : 9:30 AM (La Jolla-time) Monday, May 13, 2024 FYI, one more thing to announce today. The R&D Task Force that we announced earlier today will ALSO be tasked with verifying that the M4's "Performance Controller" works as expected. As a reminder, the day AFTER the 2018 iPhone Xr was released, we discovered what we call the A11/A12 Performance Controller NEON Access Chip Bug, aka "Phil's Bug," we we nicknamed after Phil Schiller, the man who runs Apple's App Store, because if he had done his job he could have prevented the Chip Bug in the first plalce. And, very importantly, would NOT have compelled Apple to intentionally neglect the third-party Burst Photo Camera App "category" in their tightly-controlled, "curated" iOS App, which is dominated by apps for the Young & the Dumb. And BTW, it was ONLY a few days AFTER our Chip Bug Discovery back in 2018 that Apple announced they would NO longer report iPhone Unit Sales. If you don't think there's a connection, you don't know ALL the data points. But ALL, OR at least most, will soon. In the lead-up to June 10th, Photosets' 9-year anniversary in the App Store, & which also happens to be the Kick Off of this year's WWDC, we predict Our Story will become Common Knowledge. Tim Cook AND/OR Phil Schiller will be forced to Fess Up to the Cover Up shortly thereafter. If ALL goes well, we will be Responsible for, & get Credit for, a regime change at Apple. And just like Hannibal crossing the Alps, our actions will go down in History as something special. And very importantly, we want everyone to know that Apple did it to themselves. And, if they did NOT have a Monopoly, they would never have been able to get away with it (up to this point). -----
News Update : 8:30 AM (La Jolla-time) Monday, May 13, 2024 FYI, today we are announcing that we've Kicked Off an R&D task force to investigate what we can do with the M4's Scalable Matrix Extension (SME) support starting on Wednesday, when we receive our first OLED M4 iPad Pro. As many of us know by now, the M4 is very-likely Apple's first-ever Armv9-based chip. -----
News Update : 5 AM (La Jolla-time) Saturday, May 11, 2024 FYI, two things to announce: 1.) Yesterday, we realized Apple has NO problems apologizing to one of their Screw Ups, if such Screw Up is widely known. i.e., their iPad Pro "crush" ad. We'll be using that to our advantage. 2.) We have NO real expectations that we'll receive a grant, something that we hinted at just yesterday. Everyone we talk to wants a piece of the action. i.e., they want a stake in Cosmosent Labs, Inc. in exchange for an investment. We don't blame them, but we hold ALL the cards. And we're in NO rush. We'll receive our first OLED M4 iPad Pro on Wednesday, & as we've already announced, our Top Priority is adding iPad "master" support to Photosets' Multi View Capture (MVC) feature, & releasing that as v10.29 later this month. On a side note, June 10th is Photosets' 9-year anniversary in Apple's App Store, & which just happens to be the same day that Apple's WWDC kicks off. And as such, we're planning something extra special to mark the occasion. -----
News Update : 9:30 AM (La Jolla-time) Friday, May 10, 2024 FYI, two more things to announce today. 1.) There has been talk this week about who the best candidates might be to replace Tim Cook as CEO of Apple. We've looked over the list & can say with 100% confidence that NONE are ideal. To us, an ideal candidate is someone Tim Cook has NOT had in his Inner Circle. Let's call that person the VP of Applications Engineering. Ideally, someone with "Camera App" Domain/Application/Use-Case expertise, who ALSO has "extensive" Engineering & Software Development experience. One would think that that type of person would have been running the App Store ALL these years, but that clearly has NOT been the case. And NO, NO ONE here wants to be the next CEO of Apple. The ONLY benefit that it might provide is as a stepping-stone to becoming a future U.S. President. 2.) We want to clarify something important. Because Photosets offers significantly more value to AAPL shareholders, & especially Apple's largest shareholders, than to high-end iPhone owners, guess where we're gonna devote our Time & Energy ? Consider this, we might be willing to pivot the 1x Capture Duration version of Photosets to a FREE app if one OR more of Apple's largest shareholders were to "gift us" $150M USD as a NO strings-attached "grant". If Apple had had the VP of Applications Engineering as we describe, they would have done it themselves. Perhaps the AAPL Board will provide the grant AFTER Cook & Schiller are forced out. We would NOT be at all surprised if that happens. -----
News Update : 6:30 AM (La Jolla-time) Friday, May 10, 2024 FYI, we've moved Up Scale. We will NO longer promote Photosets as a mainstream Camera App. We made the decision in large part because we recently concluded that Photosets offers significantly more value to AAPL shareholders than to high-end iPhone owners. But also because we are now one month away from Photosets' 9-year Anniversary in the App Store. i.e., Photosets made its Debut in the App Store on June 10th, 2015. Photosets should have become a Household Name, at least here in the States, many years ago. And ONLY didn't, OR hasn't, because of Apple's App Store monopoly. High-end iPhone owners & AAPL shareholders have both missed-out BIG Time because of Apple's "stance" on the third-party Burst Photo Camera App "category". And guess what, it will be the reason that Tim Cook is forced out as CEO of Apple. And, that Phil Schiller is stripped of his Apple Fellow status. We stand by those claims. It's just a matter of time before Our Story becomes Common Knowledge. And when that happens the AAPL Board will be forced to act. It will ALL happen within the next 3-6 months. And BTW, the ONLY reason we didn't hear about Tim Cook's retirement date on May 2nd was because the AAPL Board decided to throw Cook a life-line, via the $110B USD Share Buyback announcement, to give him more time to try to resurrect the ship. -----

📌 FYI, Photosets' 9-year R&D Anniversary was Sept 7th, 2023 ! Photosets made its Debut in the App Store on June 10th, 2015, & became a rare, true Flagship-caliber Burst Photo Camera App upon the release of the 2016 iPhone 7+, Apple's first true High-Perf iPhone & Apple's first iPhone with 3 GB of DRAM. Note also that Photosets' App Store Ratings was Reset upon the Release of the v10.28 update (on Dec 25th). -----
