BREAKING NEWS : 9 AM (La Jolla-time) Friday, Nov 28, 2025 Today, Black Friday, we want to point out what we believe to be an "extremely important point" regarding Apple's App Store to potential Investors & Corp Partners, as well as to select others: 1.) Worldwide, ONLY 500 of the 50.1K who have Downloaded & Installed Photosets over the years have Upgraded to the latest version. 2.) Here in the States, ONLY 299 of the 13.9K who have Downloaded & Installed Photosets over the years have Upgraded to the latest version. The Gist, we want to illustrate just how much control Apple has over apps. Apple's App Store controls "App Discovery". Apple's iOS controls who gets prompted for App Updates, as well as, importantly, who gets prompted for an App Store "Ratings Request". BIG Picture Perspective, was Apple harmed by their Cover Up of the A11/A12 Performance Controller NEON Access Chip Bug, aka "Phil's Bug". Nope, & that's how we, OR really anyone, could prove in the Court of Law that Apple does in-deed represent a Monopoly. And for clarity, it's NOT just their App Store, it's the combination of their App Store + the OS. Food for thought President Trump ! And BTW, Apple's actions resulted in the company leaving, by our count, $113B USD of (mostly high-end) iPhone revenue "on the table" over the years. i.e., Apple's Mgmt simply wasn't aware of the Consequences of their Actions until AFTER we pointed it out. And at that point, they really wanted to suppress knowledge of it ! Tim Cook should have simply Fessed Up to the Mistake & Moved-On. But that's NOT what happened. Photos on one end, Videos on the other end, & Burst Photos, preferably captured in High-Res, with Hish-Speed, & with High-Precision Timing, in the middle. Apple has done well on the end, but piss poor in the middle. Yet, they NEVER Recommend OR Promote Camera Apps in the middle. You now know the reason why. NO ONE should be surprised if Tim Cook & Phil Schiller are both Forced Out by year's end. It's NOT our fault that CNBC has been so oblivious to the obvious. i.e., that under Cook, Apple's iPhone sales haven't come anywhere close to their TAM. It's what happens when you leave out a whole set of Camera Domains & Applications/Use-Cases. From our perspective, the guy who runs Apple is technically incompetent & market opportunity ignorant. Steve Weiss said it best (on CNBC last week): "Apple is (simply) a BIG Tech Utility" Food for thought President Trump ! From our perspective, Cook should have been replaced as Apple's CEO shortly-AFTER the release of the 2017 iPhone X. It's been a Utility since then. It's ONLY bump-up was the result of 5G.

BREAKING NEWS : 4:30 PM (La Jolla-time) Thursday, Nov 27, 2025 FYI, based-upon Investor Interest today, Thanksgiving Day NO less, we've pivoted-back to our ML-focused Uber/Lyft/DoorDash-style business strategy. Generally the same, but NOT exactly as we've described it in the past. This time it reflects how we believe the AI Build-Out will play-out over the next 2-3 years. And naturally it (still) takes into account that our starting point is our Photosets app. Outside of Uber/Lyft/DoorDash, the closest analogy we know of is Cursor. And for clarity, we're Open to talking to ML-focused Investors who can put the pieces of the puzzle together. i.e., from what we've just described, plus some Due Diligence. It's NOT Rocket Science. We do need to mention one key point however, Apple's App Store is catatrophically-broken. It doesn't work well for apps that are Outside of the App Store's focus & obsession. i.e., apps for the Young & the Dumb. Apple knows most Adults in their ecosystem NEVER visit their App Store. That wasn't the case 10+ years ago. The gist, there are UN-Discovered Gem Apps in the App Store. Some, like our Photosets, have Billion Dollar Plus profit-generating potential ! Also, for clarity, we're NOT a start-up, we've been around for ten years. We are a small team of "seasoned" (Cal Poly) EEs. -----

(1) Photosets' 10-bit Video Maker
has NO limit WRT the number of video scenes per Video. Actual limit determined by the size of NAND Flash Storage. And whether the iPhone starts to over-heat. If it does, iOS will throttle things down. And may even Force Quit the app. (2) Photosets' 8-bit Video Maker
supports up-to "60" video scenes per Video. -----

(1) Post-Capture. (2) During capture. (3) Supports up-to "3" MVC slaves. (4) Supports "1" MVC slave. For this case, the iPad's Camera is under MVC UI control. -----
Operational Overview
● MVC is strictly ONE Camera View per iPhone OR iPad. ● Each MVC slave streams their Camera's Live Preview to the MVC master. Specifically here, it's UN-compressed photo data that is is Live Streamed
from the MVC slave(s) to the MVC master. ● The MVC master controls the Camera Shutter on ALL participants in the MVC session. ● The MVC master also controls select camera controls on ALL participants in the MVC session.

(1) Capture, plus various camera controls. (2) Currently ONLY capture, but we're now working on adding support for everything, & more, that Apple supports with their Final Cut Camera app. (3) ONLY if the Master is an iPad and its Camera is participating in the MVC session. (4) via our companion macOS app for Photosets, Photosets TV/Studio. (5) As you may OR may NOT know, Photosets includes an integrated Short-Form, 60-Scene 8-bit 420 Video Maker. And it includes Rock Solid A/V synch support for the optional concurrently captured Audio data. You can run the Video Maker on an iPhone OR iPad. In the past, we had allowed Photosets' 8-bit 420 60-scene Video Maker to also run on a Mac. And for that case, End Users needed our Photosets TV/Studio macOS app with its custom App Group-based Content Sharing support, to pass photo sets IN & get Videos OUT (of the Mac app).
